extended far beyond. >> this is shawn nolan's office on the first floor of hazel wood elementary. inside the office. he councilled students and handed out disciplines. >> he was a hall monitor. >> hall monitor, temporary support employee. no one seemed to be sure just what his job was. now, he faces criminal charges where police say he had a sexual relationship with a 15- year-old girl. the girl is pregnant with his child. nolan worked at has ole wood two days after the arrest last week. when the arrest came to light so did the confusion of his job. >> they don't know what this man was. and he was allowed complete access to children. >> reporter: children like

nolan. he faces second degree rape and assault. he is free on bail and has a hearing scheduled. christian schaffer, abc2 news. in another school, clarence cepheus taylor touched three students. one girl was ten years old. the alleged abuse happened between 20t2008 and 2010 when he worked as a door maid. he faces several counts of sex chill abuse of a minor. >> there are likely other victims. >> reporter: he is still in police custody. >> got a little dose of reality today. looks like december is back again. we will fine out if the chill will be with us over nice. what do you think, wyatt? >> i'm looking at the possibility of a cold night.

school. octavio was arrest. a resource officer found it in the boy's backpack. they didn't find any am in addition. he is 17-year-olds old and being charged as an doesn't. a. a student shot a bibi at another student's head. two construction workers were hurt after a fall about 20 feet. it happened at brick yard square. the cause of the fall is not no. the two men were taken to a trauma center. and a 62-year-old man is dead after an early morning house fire in jacksonville. two firefighters were injured trying to contain the fire. they were taken to the hospital with nonlife threatening injuries. there were no fire hydrant ins the area making it difficult to get the flames under control.

the cause of the fire is under investigation. and yesterday's fire is now fatal. 87-year-old earnest louis senior. the medical examiner says he died from carbon monoxide poison. and an update on the top story last night. we know the man who fired a police officer's gun in a hospital. it was brian dargan. he was handcuffed to a gurney. reached for the weapon and it fired. nobody was hurt. dodargan is charged with attempted murder. same sex couples can now file for marriage licenses in baltimore.

today. yeah. under a clear sky. a cold night. a little light chop on the river there. at parkville, it was all sun, high clouds, no weather in the state. plenty of sunshine. across from the tide warter marina here, a chilly night in hartford county. football forecast looks mild. it is a tough sunday forecast. we are in a stalled frontal system in the area. we could be closer to the low 60s for the big kickoff at 1:00 on sunday. there will be a 30% chance of a passing shower out there for the big tailgate. winder looks decent but not wonderful for a december gail. temperatures in the low 30s and winds very light. not much of a windchill. as we go through the overnight hours, we will wake up around

the freezing mark and the chance of showers coming in midday. temperatures won't warm up much tomorrow, but they will beyond tomorrow. let's look at the local spots tomorrow. around 49 in pasadena, 51 in davidsonville. further north in baltimore county, temperatures will struggle to get out of the mid upper 40s , this is all how the clouds will hold. essex about 48. and howard county, temperatures in the upper 40s or 52 toward laurel. to the west, a few showers all right breaking up. so things will get a little more unsettled tomorrow. more clouds in the air y. some light hit and miss showers. an unsettled pattern developing. by late tomorrow evening, rain down to the beaches and saturday, some clearing and some milder air sweeps in.
